At Diamond, we place great importance on an efficient and reliable delivery of your order. Below you will find a clear overview of our shipping process to help you plan your purchase.

Processing & delivery times

As soon as your order is placed on our website, our team begins preparing it.

Processing time:
0–1 working day (Monday to Saturday)

Shipping times:

  • Standard shipping: 4–5 working days (Monday to Saturday)
  • Express shipping: 2–3 working days (Monday to Saturday)

Estimated total delivery time (processing + delivery):

  • Standard: 4–6 working days
  • Express: 2–4 working days

Order cut-off time:
14:00 (GMT+01:00) CET

Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays.

Order confirmation & tracking

After your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number and a tracking link.
You will also receive an email once your order has been delivered.

We work with DHL to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Delivery areas & shipping costs

We deliver to Spain and Denmark.

Spain

  • Standard shipping: free of charge
  • Express shipping: fixed fee of €4.95

Denmark

  • Standard shipping: free of charge
  • Express shipping: fixed fee of 39 DKK

Lost parcels

If your parcel shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check the address shown in your order confirmation.
  2. Check possible delivery locations around your home.
  3. Ask neighbours or family members.
  4. Contact DHL using your tracking number to open an investigation.

If DHL officially confirms that the parcel has been lost, please contact us immediately with your order number.
We will arrange a reshipment or a refund – depending on your preference.

Shipment tracking

As soon as we dispatch your order, you will automatically receive a tracking number to check the status of your parcel online.

Delivery delays

We always do our best to meet the estimated delivery times.
However, a high order volume or other external factors may cause delays.
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer support.
